One of the Saros 10’s key physical features is its 7.98cm ultra-slim design.

The RetractSense™ Navigation System can lower its LDS navigation sensor when the robot needs to pass underneath low-clearance furniture, then raise it again when additional clearance is available.

The Wide-Angle Vision Module helps maintain visibility while the navigation system is lowered, helping the robot maintain navigation and mapping in low spaces.

Unlike a conventional passive mop that simply drags across the floor, the Saros 10’s mop uses dual sonic vibrating zones operating at up to 4,000 times per minute each.

When the robot is operating in modes where mopping isn’t required, such as Vacuum Only or Vacuum Carpets First, the vibrating mop can automatically detach.

This helps prevent high-pile carpets from becoming wet and allows the Saros 10 to transition between vacuuming and mopping without requiring you to manually remove the mop.

AdaptiLift™ Auto-Lift Chassis

The AdaptiLift™ Chassis allows the Saros 10 to automatically adjust its chassis when dealing with different floor levels and obstacles.

The chassis can raise by up to 10mm on high-pile carpets, helping reduce the possibility of long carpet fibres blocking the suction port.

The system can also negotiate thresholds of up to 4cm under specified conditions.

Roborock specifies support for:

• Up to 3cm single-layer thresholds
• 3cm thresholds plus an additional 1cm track for certain double-layer thresholds

Reactive AI 3.0 Obstacle Recognition

The Saros 10 uses Reactive AI 3.0 obstacle recognition technology to identify objects in its cleaning path and adjust its route.

Its perception system combines multiple sensing technologies to provide a wider view of the surrounding environment and help reduce blind spots.

This allows the robot to navigate around common household obstacles rather than simply following a fixed cleaning route.

Smart Wet-Stain Cleaning

The Saros 10 can detect certain wet stains through its supported AI Laboratory functions in the Roborock App.

When a wet stain such as a coffee spill is detected, the robot can adjust its cleaning behaviour and apply additional mop pressure to provide a more intensive clean.

RockDock® Ultra 2.0

The RockDock® Ultra 2.0 provides automated maintenance after cleaning.

The docking system can:

Roborock Store ANZ lists a charging time of approximately 150 minutes, allowing the robot to return to cleaning sooner after recharging.
